The Concept and Goals of Resonary Net

Hello, I'm Hiroshi, administrator of Resonary Net.
This blog is for all tech enthusiasts, those attuned to global trends, and anyone seeking a space for free expression.
Concept
This is a “melting pot for free discussion” space for freely discussing technology, life perspectives, world affairs, and more. Here, I'll share thoughts that can't be fully expressed on social media or existing platforms.
Why I Started This Blog
- An Antithesis to Media Decline and the AI Era
After nearly 30 years as a freelance engineer, I want to freely share my perspectives on technology, life philosophy, and global affairs—unfettered by the rules of SNS and other publishing platforms.
Quality content is rapidly declining. While platforms like note in Japan or Medium/hashnode abroad offer some space for individuality, they fall short of my goals. Moreover, I dislike the risk of account suspension due to platform policies or having my data controlled by site operators. - On the Changes and Limitations of SNS, and the Rise of AI
Social media is filled with noise, where virality is prioritized over substance. I'm tired of shallow marketing focused only on personal branding.
Furthermore, with the rise of AI, prominent bloggers and once-vibrant bulletin board sites are shrinking rapidly, shifting us into an era where gathering reliable information is becoming difficult.Fundamentally, SNS platforms impose too many character limits, making it hard to properly convey my intentions. Both tech-focused sites and socially-focused sites are too biased.I wanted to randomly share my thoughts on various genres, so I launched this site. - Other Plans in the Works
Also, to improve my English, I want to reach English-speaking audiences, so I'll occasionally post similar content in English.I know some might think, “Starting a personal blog on WordPress these days? Isn't that pointless in the first wave of AI explosion?”I understand that perspective, but I decided to try Ghost anyway. I'm fully aware that personal blogs are “dead.”
I plan to post introductory content on platforms like Medium and Hashnode internationally, and note domestically in Japan. Then, Here, I'll focus on deeper, more substantial topics.
